Triple C camber bolts replace standard bolts in the upper strut-to-knuckle mount on a MacPherson strut suspension setup. They have an eccentric lobe or cam built into them, allowing additional adjustment to the standard suspension geometry. The adjustment is controlled as the bolt is rotated as shown in the image.
