This warranty covers the cost of replacing the parts in the case of manufacturing defects, material defects and is subject to a Fair Use assessment.

Lifetime Warranty What is covered by SuperPro's Lifetime Warranty? All SuperPro Suspension Bushings, Sway Bars and Suspension Arms are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. Does it matter how I am driving? SuperPro products come with a lifetime warranty covering on-road, off-road, track, and competition use. How do I make a warranty claim? If purchased directly from us, we’ll assist you. If purchased from a third party, contact them first. If unresolved, reach out to us for support. Your eligibility for a claim Warranty claims require proof of original purchase, such as a printed or digital invoice from an authorised reseller, showing the claimant as the purchaser. The part must have been originally supplied for the specific application listed in the SuperPro Catalogue. What is covered? SuperPro’s warranty covers all manufacturing defects. SuperPro places no limitations on the scope of use; products can be used on-road or off-road, at the racetrack, and in competitive motorsport without compromising warranty eligibility. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the originally supplied SuperPro component. What is not covered? Product finish and normal wear are not covered. Including surface finish and corrosion: Our products are treated to preserve appearance and function, but surface degradation or corrosion from exposure to elements, road salt, or debris is not covered under warranty. Ball Joints, Tie Rod Ends, Duroballs & Links are covered by a 3-year/36,000-mile/60,000-km warranty. Installation damage or error: Proper installation is crucial for performance and durability. Damage or premature wear caused by incorrect installation or failure to align wheels as recommended is not covered under warranty. This warranty does not cover the labour costs of removal/replacement nor any consequential damage, where this limitation is permitted by local law. Limitations SuperPro covers replacement products only for approved warranty claims. SuperPro reserves the right to replace a product or component with a superseded version where applicable. We do not provide reimbursement or refunds for warranty-eligible products. We do not provide any refund or reimbursement for installation, alignment, or related expenses.

UK Deliveries
UK Mainland: We are offering free standard shipping on all orders which may take 1-4 days. Alternatively, you can also choose a Next Day service for £7.85. We send all standard deliveries via Parcelforce and next day services can be either Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx or UPS. All services are fully tracked.
Do you ship aboard (outside the UK)?
Yes we do. To almost anywhere in the World but please be aware that shipping charges are often high when shipping anything bulky. Our overseas orders are usually shipped with DHL, FedEx or UPS so you can track your deliveries online. Deliveries to most European destinations usually take within 72 hours of despatch.

Overseas Customs and Duty Charges
For all customers outside of the UK, the prices on this website will have 20% UK VAT Tax removed at the point of checkout (once you've entered your billing and shipping addresses). However you will likely have to pay some form of Duties / VAT prior to delivery of your goods. You are responsible for paying those charges. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to us. As the shipper, we will be charged again by the carrier to return the goods. This amount will be deducted from any refund you may be due.
If you are unsure of the customs and duty charges, we recommend you should contact your local authorities ahead of placing your order.
Stock Availability
We do our best to ensure our stock data is accurate on our website. If we're ordering parts to fulfil your order from other manufacturers or suppliers, there can be delays in them despatching goods which may affect the overall delivery time. We will endeavour to do our best to keep you informed if things don't go to plan. We estimate the likely despatch times when you're looking at each part number. Returns and Refunds
Thank you for purchasing products from Octane Distribution Ltd. We endeavour to offer the best quality products and aftersales care but if you do find yourself in the position where you would like to return goods, we are here to help.
We try our best to ensure correct product/vehicle listings but there are always exceptions to the rule and no cataloguing is 100% accurate. The best advice we can give is to visually check to see if any parts you have ordered fit BEFORE disassembling your vehicle. If you are unsure, please contact us for advice.
Products Incorrect / Damaged / Faulty
You must inform us of any damage or shortages within three working days of receipt. If items are missing from your order, it's most likely that they are on backorder and will be despatched when in stock. We are always happy to clarify this if you get in touch.
Products No Longer Required / Ordered by Mistake
You have 30 days to return unwanted items that are unused and in their original condition (including any packaging, tags and labels) with proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt or order confirmation email). Some exceptions may apply. You must always check with us first BEFORE returning the items and we will give you a returns number to help us with processing and identification. Items returned may be subjected to a restocking fee if the goods are damaged or show signs of having been used. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we would recommend using a tracked/insured courier service and we accept no liability for orders returned with no proof of delivery.
